Q: When you are working on my services such as building my website, or making a video, am I allowed to provide my own creative input or feature requests?
A: Yes, we will discuss your visual and functional goals for your website, video or other services first, then handle the creation and development for you. Once ready, in most cases you will be given a chance to preview the draft version and request basic changes before your website or video goes live.
Q: What is the average time it will take you to build, complete and deliver my Website / Video / other services?
A. While this will depend on the service ordered, the content and complexity of your specific request will dictate the time of delivery. For common services such as building a basic website (such as single page blogs or landing pages) can be built in as soon as 7-14 business days. On average, most websites can be completed and launched within 3 to 4 weeks.
Video service delivery times will depend on the amount of editing and length of footage being used as well as effects, voice overs etc.
Graphic service delivery times will again depend on the amount of images to be edited, but for instance basic branding packages that include such items as Logo, Website header and matching social media profile images can be delivered with 5 to 7 business days.
Q: Once my website is built, Do I completely own it and the domain name or do you?
A. This will depend on whether you have us handle your hosting and domain needs or if you have already purchased hosting and a domain or plan too. If we handle hosting and domain purchase for you then you will pay a monthly fee for those services and we will own the accounts and handle account related aspects. Fees vary, contact us for further details.
If you purchase your own domain and hosting then you are the complete and sole owner of everything regarding your website. You will own your own hosting account, website and domain name. As the owner of your own hosting account you will be able to log-in to your private Admin account to access your own site wherever and whenever you choose.
Will I be able to change my phone number or update my address if I need to change something on my site.
A: Yes, your site will be built using the most popular and widely used content management software online today. You will have 24hr a day, 7 day a week access to log-in to your website and add or change all text, photos, posts and pages. You will have full control to make changes to any and all aspects of your own website.
If you have hired us monthly to be webmasters for your site then you will be able to call or email us and request a change or update be made to your site content. If you have not hired us to webmaster monthly then you can still contact us to make changes at which time you will be billed for either a flat rate we agreed to prior to the service or an hourly rate of $45-65 for work provided.
Q: How will my website, video or graphics you deliver look on various devices such as Desktop computers, Laptops, Tablets and Smart phones?
A: Your new website, video or graphics will all be high definition quality and will look great on all devices and browsers.
